At Fixed, our goal is to provide a reliable and transparent platform that connects homeowners and businesses with trusted service professionals. We value our vendor partners and want to ensure clarity around our payment and refund practices.

1. Vendor Listing Fees
Vendors and service professionals who subscribe to be listed on the Fixed Long Island Marketplace pay a recurring monthly fee.
These fees support directory visibility, website hosting, marketing, and administrative services.

Listing fees are billed monthly on a subscription basis.

Vendors may cancel at any time, and cancellation will stop future billings.

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months, setup, or promotional discounts, once the billing cycle begins.

2. Free Trial or Introductory Period
If a free or discounted introductory period is offered (e.g., first 3 months free or $29/month for an introductory period), no charges will apply until the trial or promotional period ends.
After that, billing will begin automatically at the regular subscription rate unless the vendor cancels prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellations
Vendors can cancel their subscription anytime by logging into their account or contacting us directly.
Upon cancellation:

The listing will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

The listing will be removed once the billing cycle concludes.

No refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.

4. Service Issues or Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
We will review your request and, if verified as a mistake, issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
